new idea

I decided to simplify the idea so it wasnt as in your face and so people would find it easy to navigate. I wanted to keep it clean and colourful although its no finished yet.

quick update

Just added a few more images but now that its close to finishing I'm having second thoughts about it looking too busy. I cant decide though.

So far I've just been drawing my images and fitting it into a template I created on illustrator. This has helped me to see what adjustment's I need to make in order to make sure it all links together correctly and ends up looking professionally done as well as interesting. I also want my personality to come across possibly showing that i am organised and fresh in the way that I work.

Final idea for homepage

So this is a sketch of what I would like the outcome of my homepage to be. each of the illustrations represent different links on my web page. for instance if you where to click on my name it would take you to my profile or CV. If you where to click on the hand it would take you to my portfolio etc...

ideas generation

This blog is just to show how the web page that I'm creating is progressing. I'm creating my own web page ( ettalucy.com ) to help promote myself as a working illustrator so that hopefully people will pay for my artwork. I also want to create an online portfolio so I can access my work easily from around the world.
